The Ultra employees arrived on time. They put out safety cones in the work area. They removed all concrete chips and dangerous sections that were about to fall. They scraped and prepped the area’s to accept the new concrete. They applied and matched the ceilings surrounded texture. I am so please with their matching the surrounding texture that you can’t even tell the repairs were made. Can’t ask for anything better.

Working with Ultra’s office and field staff on a recently completed Water Infiltration Remediation project was a pleasure. Ultra’s staff is polite, personable, extremely knowledgeable and responsive. The tooling of the sealant joints that were replaced as part of the scope of work is some of the best work that I have observed in my 15 plus years working in the building restoration industry.
